I REALLY struggle posting these before and after pictures because it’s embarrassing that I ever let myself get that unhealthy. But it’s also a very real reminder that I never wanna be that girl again. I’ve started working out and running 2 miles a day, and while it’s been great physically, mentally it’s even better. I’m excited to see what progress I have now that I’m through the “weight loss” stage. ??
