Guided Meditation on Thoughtless State - Shunyata
To achieve a thoughtless state in meditation is called "SHUNYATA". It helps one to clearly look into the soul and understand the different layers of Karma that need to be worked upon. Sages and bodhis work upon to bring in this state of mind. It is victory of the chattering mind. I would recommend doing this meditation regularly to bring upon this state of thoughtlessness.
